Mr. Lover

   Have I fallen off the face of the earth? Well since I have the tendency to be a bit dramatic I'm going to say yes. I'm sorryyyy! I have been taking outfit photos, I just havent't been uploading :( It makes me really sad actually, I've missed it so much. I think I've just been sulking in my misery, because I'm at school in New England instead of in the caribbean somewhere, oh poor me! I also see pictures of my friends and other random people in California in shorts, maxi skirts and crop tops, and it seriously makes me contemplate kicking someone. If you are in the Caribbean or California right now, we are not friends at the moment, give me 10 minutes and I promise you I will have forgotten why I was mad at you in the first place. Any ways, seeing as how this is an outfit post I should probably talk about he outfit right? Got it.
    So this outfit isn't anything special AT ALL. I just wanted to show off my fancy rain boots and new lipstick. Also I got this dress over Christmas break so I wanted to show you guys (speaking of shopping, I just ordered a bunch of stuff online, so I see a haul in the near future. YAYY!! *dances*) I've been wanting this lipstick for about three long years now, and I finally got it (from my brother, aww :D well he gave me the money, whatever). I've never actually looked at the name of it before I bought, and of course when I look down it's called Mr. Lover. Figures, I would be drawn to the only lipstick that is called Mr. Lover. Well now that I've talked your ears off....or read your eyes off???....no that sounds bad, here are some photos! (sorry for the bad light and what not, my beautiful photographer Caroline Lyons was sick and couldn't go outside)

I've been searching for a circle skirt for so long now! I found this dress, so I'll just convert it to a skirt when I feel like it. I mean I know I have a nice butt, but enough with the body con skirts, jeez!! Haha jk...except not really :D (dies laughing at myself)

Winter Saviors

I've mentioned that I hate winter right?? Yea well the feeling has grown stronger I think, especially since it's always a struggle for me to dress nicely in the winter. Well I've come up with a plan, actually I've been doing this for a while I've just never made a post on it. I LOVE BOLD LIPSTICKS. I think they make every outfit awesome, even if it's a super casual outfit. I've always loved lip gloss and lipsticks, but since I'm older I can experiment with really great colors instead of having a million lip glosses that all come out clear. Right now I just have a lot of really cheap lipsticks, but I'm going to start building a better collection soon. I also want to playing with other make up more, so I bought an eyeshadow palette and what now, now I just have to practice!

New Years as a Minor.

Well my New Years didn't exactly go as planned. I didn't do anything with my girl friends or get to wear my sparkly dress, but I had a sparkly tee to replace it, so I guess all is well. Today we also have some special guests! Mainly because I was photo bombed so many times, but I did like their outfits. Although I mostly focus on women's fashion, I do appreciate a well dressed male. The kid with the beard is my friend/"brother" Powers (yes that's his real name). We grew up together, so he's basically family. Also he's a drummer and does everything else that has to do with music, so I'll link him below so you can go check him out. He'll be famous one day, so be the first to know about him. Other people include my brother and Mom. I hope you guys are still having a fabulous new year! It doesn't have to end by the 2nd.

Traditions

I know, I know, I've been slacking. But when I tell you I've been busy, trust me!
Well this is what I wore for Christmas. I love that everyone has different traditions for the holidays, it would be really boring if we didn't. I always find it interesting when I spend a holiday with someone else's family. Anyway, my family's Christmas tradition is basically just a big brunch with the same foods every year. We have lox (smoked salmon), some other fish, white bread cut in little triangles, cream cheese, tomatoes, strudel (a German pastry), and a bunch of other toppings and things. It might sound kinda weird, but it's super good. We also always either spend it in NYC, or Atlanta, this year we spent it in Atlanta. Also we watch The Grinch with Jim Carrey. It's probably the most hilarious movie ever, and I don't doubt that we know all of the words. What are you guys traditions like?
I hope you guys had a fantastic break! Mine was great, but it would have been even better if I didn't have to do college apps >.< I finished most of them though! I only have three more left.
